Throwing order

1. The throwing order will be decided by the competition leader.
2. The winner of the ‘bull up’ shall throw first in the match.
3. The ‘bull up’ will be held at the practice lanes in the players area with an tournament official present to oversee the ‘bull up’. The player who is named first in the playing schedule will throw 1 dart. If this dart lands in the bull or bull’s eye the player will remove this dart. If the dart lands outside the bull the dart will stay in the dartboard. If the dart bounces of the dartboard the player will throw another dart right away. Then the opponent player will throw a dart and the tournament official will decide which player has won the ‘bull up’. If both darts are in the bull, bullseye or at the same distance of the bull this proces will repeat with the opponent player having to throw first. This proces repeats until the tournament official is able to determine the winner.
4. If the match is divided into legs the winner of the ‘bull up’ shall throw first in the odd numbered legs and the loser shall throw first in the even numbered legs. The 9th leg will be started by the player who won the ‘bull up’.
5. If the match is divided into sets, the winner of the ‘bull up’ shall throw first in the odd numbered legs of the odd numbered sets and first in the even numbered legs in the even numbered sets. The loser of the ‘bull up’ shall throw first in the even numbered legs of the odd numbered sets and in the odd numbered legs of the even numbered sets. If the score reaches 2-2 in the final set the 5th leg will be started by the player who won the ‘bull up’.
